Who we are
EV Park is a London based EV charge point operator (CPO), created for the single purpose of preparing and enabling freeholders, developers, and managing agents of residential apartments to support their residents in the switch to healthier, cleaner, sustainable vehicles whilst maintaining a cost-effective approach.
We remain the only charge point operator to focus solely on the multi-let residential market, ensuring we provide a service focused on what is most important to residents.
Our attention to detail and process driven ethos has led to great success working alongside some of the UK’s largest freeholders and care providers in proving EV charging for residents and visitors. We have specialist experience in how to provide bespoke solutions for our clients and their residents.

Our Vision
We recognise that the inevitable transition towards sustainable mobility is already placing greater responsibility on the shoulders of freeholders, developers, housing associations and local authorities, and that change is required to stay ahead of the market.
We have recently seen the UK government’s ban on the production of new combustion engine vehicles from 2035, so it has become a question of when, not if, freeholders participate in the switch to clean energy for residents.
Because we provide EV charging points from a range of partners, we can achieve this mission by offering our customers impartial guidance and unrestricted access to a greater selection of EV charging solutions creating an eco-system of charging points with the reliability and comfort of one centralised management and billing system.
